World of Coca-Cola, one of the museum that I had a chance to visit while I was in Atlanta for at least 3 weeks. I did enjoy my visits in this famous bottling company in the world. This photo is part of World of Coca-Cola Collection in Atlanta City which captured last November 2015.
One of the walks that I did while living in Melbourne for a while was walks near the shore. Since I lived in St. Kilda that time, I had a chance to see some part of the suburb and one of the things that St Kilda is famous is because of its beach or marina. I can say that its marina is one of the nearest from city center of Melbourne. The photo above that I captured was taken when I was passing St. Kilda Marina where boats and yachts do their parking and offers other marina services. Photo captured last December 2013.
Snapshot above was captured last June 2008, when I got a chance to visit Whistler in British Columbia. The Blackcomb Mountain is a ski resort mountain beside Whistler Mountain. This is one of the best places that I ever been because this mountain, on its peak, gave me a chance to see the alpine mountains that surrounds Whistler. I felt I was in heaven when I reach the summit of this mountain through gondola.
Abu Dhabi is the capital emirates of United Arab Emirates or UAE. I was here only for one day but it was a worth visit. This boat post with the name of the city can be found at the front of Marina Mall in Al Marina near the parking area. UAE is divided by seven emirates, each emirates represent a kingdom. If there is a kingdom there is a king and that’s what UAE has. Since UAE is the capital emirates or capital city of the country, their kingdom represents the President of the country and while Dubai emirates represents the Prime Minister and from what I learned it is always that way (please don’t quote me on that). The significant place I visited in this city is “Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque”. Photo snapshot captured last August 2014.
Name Of The Place (Post#21) : Flinders Chase National Park
When I visited Kangaroo Island in South Australia, one of the National Park we visited was Flinders Chase National Park which includes two geological monuments such as Remarkable Rocks and Admiral Arch. After seeing the two geological monuments, I also enjoyed the nature within the park, some areas nearby Remarkable Rocks had captivating scenic views and discovered the other life form that lives in the island. Photo snapshot captured last May 2013.
As part of our tour in Malaysia, we went to Legoland to see what’s in store for us on this playground. Yes, we are adult but, when we say a theme park, it is the place of freedom to be a kid again, though we never took children rides, we enjoyed all types of LEGO displayed inside the theme park. This was our last destination before the year 2012 and 2013 switch. And then we did cross the border between Malaysia and Singapore in Johor Bahru and we went to my brother’s house in Singapore for our New Year’s Eve celebration. Photo snapshot captured last December 2012.
Flinders Street is one of the famous train station in Melbourne not only because of its history but because this is station that serves the entire metro train network as anyone can commute from this station to any station. And the location of the station is strategic as it is within the city center. When I captured this photo, it was during Melbourne Cup last November 2013. Recently, there was design competition happened to rejuvenate the historical and landmark station in Melbourne.
As we were traveling to Camiguin through ferry, I saw this port name before we dock to the island. The port is part of Mahinog Municipality and one of the ports in the island. Photo captured last October 2012.
Name Of The Place (Post#16): Royal British Columbia Museum
This was the second royal museum that I visited in Canada. Without checking the net it seems that Canada has one royal museum on its provinces. The first royal museum I saw was in Alberta province. Photo captured last June 2008. I like museum since I like knowing and discovering something, the only challenge is time because for me, standard time to spend to a museum is from half a day to one full day, but even myself saddened if the museum is part of a tour because it means I had limited time to see and learn more, because tour is always time bounded.
Name Of The Place (Post#15) : Puffing Billy Railway
This photo is part of my Puffing Billy collection when I visited together with the family of my friends in Melbourne. The historical and century old steam railway which still running in our time is now called as Australia’s Premier Preserved Steam Railway. Photo captured last June 2013.
Name Of The Place (Post#14): National Museum of Australia
One part of the itinerary that we had during Canberra Day Tour was National Museum of Australia where most of the history of continent country down under are being showcase. My gateway to this tour was through Sydney airport as the flight to Sydney from Melbourne was comparably cheaper than flying to Canberra. Since there was available Canberra Day Tour, I chose this option than other. Photo captured last June 2013.
Alice Springs is located at Red Centre in Northern Territory. Red Centre is the first on my must see list in Australia as for me it represents one of the place for “Outback Adventure” which I haven’t experience before. I flew to the Town of Alice Springs as my gateway to see Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon which are all located in Red Centre. Photo captured during my camping tour last April 2013.
I had a chance to visit Victoria City, a capital city of British Columbia province in Canada last June 2008. When I arrived at the inner harbour of this lovely city, it was the first place that I saw with fantastic surroundings on its harbour. For me, it kind of romantic place for travelers.
Name Of The Place (Post#9) : Hong Kong Disneyland Resort
Hong Kong, one of the main reason why we traveled here was because of Disneyland. Disneyland is a magical place in the essence that you witness magical characters and its settings that we only saw in TV and movies. Sometimes dreaming in our life is important to make us happy and inspire to continue our journey. Yes, maybe a lot of things and happenings in Disneyland story are impossible to happen but sometimes our life involves with magic on its own.
Last May 2010, my mother, my youngest sister and myself visited Baguio City. The photo above is the name of the city that can be found in Rizal Park near in famous Burnham Park at the heart of Central Business District of Baguio. The city is one of the coldest and beautiful place in my country as it is located in Cordilleras Mountain Ranges. It is a city at the top of the mountain.
Before flying back to Manila, while roaming around in Vancouver International Airport, I saw an interesting thought which says “thinking canada”. It was true that while we were waiting for our flight schedule we already missing Canada. For a short period of time, I saw a lot of beautiful places that inspires me to continue exploring the beauty of nature that existing in our world. I never regret starting traveling and discovering the world we live in.
