Still Expression : Dotonbori, Osaka – Japanese Pop Singing

Still Expression (Post#11) : Dotonbori, Osaka – Japanese Pop Singing

Photos of the day are all about Japanese Pop Singing that I witnessed while taking Tombori River Cruise in Dotonbori. A lot of people were watching them, from Ebisu Bridge, from Tombori River Walk and us passing the Dotonbori River. Since they were singing in Japanese language, the way they looked, the way they dance and the sounds of the songs looks to me about japanese girl group. Though I was not sure if they were famous, rising or not known girl group band, seeing a performer within Dotonbori adds colors and life in the famous shopping, food and entertainment district in Osaka. These photos are part of Osaka Tour last May 2017.

Still Expression (Post#10) : The Bungle Bungles, WA – Walking

In traveling or exploring a place, walking is one thing that I wanted to do in a place. I am not content in just taking photos of the place from a distance, I wanted to walk on it whether it’s a city or a remote place such as national parks. Walking is the best way to see more things and to feel that the place is real.  These photos are part of Day 4 (The Bungle Bungles) of 9 Days Darwin to Broome Overland Adventure Tour October 2016.

Still Expression (Post#9) : Judbarra, NT – Trekking

Even trekking sometimes difficult for me as I am not expert on such kind of physical activity but its the activity that I love to do as it always makes me feel that I am living the world because of the nature that I experience and passed on. Trekking brings back all the memories that I had from the past mountains that I climbed and add more memories for myself. These photos are part of Day 2 (Judbarra/Lake Argyle) of 9 Days Darwin to Broome Overland Adventure Tour Oct 2016.

As part of my walks along Tumon Bay, I saw people enjoying water activity by canoeing the bay. A great way to appreciate this part of the island. These photos are part of Guam Adventure Photo Collection April 2017.

Still Expression (Post#7) : Henty Dunes – Jumping

The so-called Jump signature of the tour company that we joined in. Even though that is not the case, our group had a great time, having fun in the sands even its winter time. These photos are part of Tasmania Adventure Photo Collection June 2013.

Still Expression (Post#6) : Yarra River – Water Skiing

One of the activities to enjoy during Moomba Festival is watching Water Skiing sports events held along Yarra River. Here anyone can see people who are really good at this kind of sports and then be amazed how they great about it. These photos are part of Moomba Festival Collection last March 2014.

Still Expression (Post#5) : Melbourne Town Hall – Organ Playing

During my visit in Melbourne Town Hall’s Main Hall, there is someone playing the historical and largest organ pipe in southern hemisphere. Piano or organ playing was once my dream to be. The photo is part of Melbourne Town Hall Photo Collection 2013.

Still Expression (Post#4) : World of Coca-Cola’s The Vault – Queuing and Waiting

I am not skilled photographer but was able to take stolen shots of people unintentionally, the photo clearly shows the reality of the expression of people without pretensions. This photo was captured while I am trying to take a shot of the entrance to The Vault. This photo is part of World of Coca-Cola Collection in Atlanta City which captured last November 2015.

Still Expression (Post#3) : Puffing Billy Railway – Queuing and Waiting

Snapshot above portrays people on queuing and waiting mode. These two combined activities honestly frustrates me in real life but at the same time it test my patients longevity. It frustrates because it is time-consuming and exhausting specifically if the line is indescribable. I capture this moment last June 2013 during our family oriented adventure in Puffing Billy.

Still Expression : Smile And Wave

I selected the photo above to showcase the expression of smile and hand wave as it describes the emotion at the moment of the people. This photo is in the same collection of the first post for this theme which all came from Disney Adventure in Hong Kong last January 2012 during parade at the height of celebrating the Chinese New Year.

Still Expression (Post #1): Undisclosed Reflection

As I am most interested in taking photos of places and scenery, I am not really that good in taking photos of people, but I cannot avoid to get one. One thing that I am probably interested is taking snapshots of moments where people are in random movement rather than taking post of their selves for a camera shot to really capture the moment of second and its surprising what is the outcome. Photo captured during holiday season in Hong Kong Disneyland last January 2012 where the afternoon parade started in Disneyland.
