During the Wednesday Night Market at Chamorro Village in Hagåtña, I logically based my reasoning to queue in the longest line just to order my dinner because of curiosity and to have fun as well. People in the line were somewhat has the same reason as mine. I ordered the one they offer for Fiesta (means full pack) Plate and chose the following with BBQ Pork, BBQ, Chicken, Beef BBQ Sausage with 2 Sides (I selected Chicken Kelaguen and Corn) and 2 Scoop of Red Rice for $10. During our backpacking adventure in Vietnam, specifically in Ho Chi Mihn (old name Saigon) which is capital city of the country, our group composed of five people was looking to taste the famous Vietnam traditional food called Pho, a noodle soup which known to have variety of flavors. Not far from Pham Ngu Lao street where we found our accommodation, we found a small restaurant that offers different king of Pho menus. All of us ordered different flavors and what I tried was Pho Chicken Balls. Photo captured last March 2011 which part of my backpacking photo collection in Vietnam.

Experiencing backpacking usually comes with the exotic food tasting, if not really eating or dining at least trying to taste it is already important as experiencing it. We found the exotic food displayed in the photo (which composed of spiders, cockroaches, frogs and worms, I was only able to tried small frogs tasted like chicken) was captured during backpacking adventure last March 2011 while walking around in Phnom Penh Cambodia.

It was second time for me to explore Yarra Valley while I was still in Melbourne. And to my surprise, I am not aware that in the vast middle of the valley we will find a chocolate factory named Yarra Valley Chocolaterie with a bright and colourful one storey building. I was amazed because I never expected to see such factory quite far from the city. And to be honest, I enjoyed the visit because of overflowing sweets such as chocolates.
