Panoramic View (Post#6) : Sulphur Mountain and Vermilion Lakes
Sulphur Mountain is just one of the beautiful mountains that can be found in Banff National Park which named after its hot spring on its lower slopes. Vermillion Lakes as per Wikipedia are series of Lakes formed in the Bow River valley, in the Banff National Park and at the foot of Mount Norquay. I had a chance to visit this place last May 2008 when I went in Edmonton at Alberta Province in Canada for work.
I created an old post regarding my tour in Banff National Park few years ago.

Thank you for appreciating the photo and for the visit as well
You were very lucky to work in such a beautiful area. I am so glad that you took photographs and posted them here for us to view. Such beauty needs to be shared. Thanks. Have a great week-end.
Yes, I am very thankful to given a chance like that, I knew not all people at work has that kind of opportunity. Every time I got a chance to be assigned abroad, I grab all my chance to see more of the places where I am because I always amazed that even we live in one world or one earth, it still feels like each country is like another planet because of the difference of the society, culture, people and the places itself which always a profounding experience.
Banff is such a beautiful place. Canada has so much to offer.
I totally agree, I still plan to come back in that country, just need to reapply for a visa again since I got was from work and single entry only.
Beautiful mountain and lake below! There’s a Vermillion River too isn’t there?
Thank you for visiting. In Banff, not really sure, but there is one in Albert Canada I think.

Spectacular mountains by water.
They are, thanks for dropping by.
There’s something about lakes with snow capped mountain backgrounds that is just simply beautiful.
I agree with you, for there’s some magical beauty that you cannot just ignore but admired if not for a long time, probably forever.
Lovely! They have fantastic scenery in Alberta 🙂
Yes, you are right, that is why I still dream that someday I can go back to that beautiful country up north
